Science Talk

We Talk Science. Clearly.

Mission: The mission of Science Talk is to promote the best ideas in science communication and grow an international network of passionate communicators.

Events: Our biggest event is our annual conference. The 2018 conference is March 1-2 in Portland, Oregon (USA). The conference will feature keynotes from journalist Michael Lemonick, Raw Science TV founder Keri Kukral, and Phil Plait, aka The Bad Astronomer. Conference attendees will also participate in hands-on science communication workshops and networking events. Registration is $250 for professionals and $75 for trainees (students and postdocs). Register soon before we sell out!

About us: Science Talk (formerly Science Talk NW) was founded in 2016 by a group of scientists and communication professionals in the Pacific NW. We are a volunteer organization and welcome new volunteers to serve on our committees. Contact info [at] sciencetalk.org for more information.
