About Me

I’m a PhD student in Atmospheric Science at University of Helsinki, Finland (that is 60° N, 25° E). I look at tiny particles in the air that affect climate & air quality. I’ll make a proper post about this soon!

Outside the office I’m trying to get more involved with the magic of merging science with art! That’s what this blog is for. Any tools or tips I learn along the way, I’ll be posting them here and hopefully you can take something with you from this. Feel free to contact me if you want to ask/share anything or talk about dogs with me!

Oh, and I’m Mexican. A Mexican 60 degrees north who feels most at home between 0 to 15 degrees Celsius, but is forever missing the rainbow of chili sauces from home.
And Wuffy is my pooch. I adopted him when he was only 2 months old from a shelter that rescued the mum from the streets. He is my sunshine in the long, dark Nordic winters…and my radiator 😉
And just look at those ears!
Thanks for reading!
🐾 & Steph.
